Tachio
This spread is probably one of the most luxurious (and, unfortunately, most expensive) products I’ve made so far. Fortunately, I conducted all the necessary test runs long before the hype surrounding Dubai chocolate and the resulting massive price hike for pistachios.
The product is as simple as it is delicious, consisting essentially of just three ingredients: pistachios, argan oil, and honey. To round out the flavor, I also added a good pinch of salt, similar to peanut butter.
Whether spread on bread or eaten straight from the jar, Tachio is and remains one of my favorite (and most dangerous) creations.
