Spoil

“Spoil” is a portmanteau of ‘spiced’ and “oil,” and essentially describes exactly what this product is. It is made from a high-quality Spanish olive oil infused with various herbs and spices. The combination of rosemary, oregano, and basil gives it a Mediterranean flavor, rounded out with chili, onion, garlic, and pepper.

The production process was somewhat labor-intensive, as the oil must steep at a constant temperature for many hours and must never exceed 80°C. Once everything has been filtered, the oil is ready to use.

It tastes absolutely delicious on its own on white bread, but it’s also excellent for seasoning all kinds of sauces and dressings. Plus, Spoil is wonderful for marinating meat or mushrooms to take the base flavor to a whole new level.
